Here he plays with a more "conventional" guitar technique( WITH a pick and no vibrato bar) and he is already mind blowingly good.

Everyone really needs to stop lumping El Becko into the grouping with Clapton and Page. Jeff Beck was head and shoulders above those two in every aspect. "Jeff Beck" is like a musical genre in itself.

La secuencia de improvisación con Pass es lamentable por parte de john Williams …Pass tiene pinta de estar pensando….este tío tocará mucho pero no sabe nada…..Williams es incapaz de crear un ambiente propicio para el solista….

*Yeah but no matter which way you slice it, Paul McCartney, Richard Starkey, John Lennon and George Harrison are and were real life flesh and blood human beings with a past, a history, a childhood, had parents and relatives with well documented photos of them growing up with their caretakers with more than a few pictures of Paul and George and John as very young teenagers together with and without instruments in the late 50s. Six years before their record contract.* *They were real people and not just characters that were interchangeable from the get-go which is easily proven and always will be through books with citations and through public records as this info is available to anyone. Paul, George, Ringo and John's birth records can be attained by anyone as public record as I believe in the UK if you contact the General Registry Office. Not just for yourself about yourself but for anyone else too (most countries protect that info). Nowadays you can do it for free on the GRO website. This applies to John Halliday and Colin Unwin as well.* *All actual facts about them have citations through actual research for books that were written on their lives and carrers.* *My advice to you would be the same I give the PID and Tavistock people (which their theories are much easier to disprove by the way than what you're proposing of just simply doubles).* *And that is to stop with these tinfoil hat sites that prey on the easily fooled and convince them that they are the "critical thinkers" and everyone else are the unthinking sheep. Going into these sites is not doing research. That fact is very very important. It's not doing research. They are scammers who manipulate their info and I can prove it. But that's a whole nother conversation* *I do respect that you realize they most likely had doubles. But I noticed in real life and from my own experience in every situation I ever came across Occam's Razor Philosophy almost always never fails: That if an event has 2 or more possible explanations, the explanation that requires fewer assumptions is usually correct. Or a better way of putting it, the more assumptions you have to make or prove, the ones with the least assumptions is usually the correct one. Or an even better way of putting it is the easiest explanation is usually the correct explanation.* *So for me it is if they had doubles which they most likely had it was only during the height of Beatlemania and they were lookalikes who didn't look too much like them (because the logistics of finding exact doubles once is a 0% chance let alone multiple times and/or using latex on them is straight out of a 60s Bond film or out of the mind of an adolescent, 🙂) but these doubles most likely were only used as decoys to enter limousines while the Beatles exited the backdoors of stadiums and hotels and entering premieres and such.* *Maybe Colin and John Halliday were these doubles. But Colin In particular comes off as way too much of an obsessed fan type than anything else that became a valuable resource (my friend became this as a an obsessed fan of Bruce Springsteen). And his age makes this scenario highly unlikely. He was still in high school during the height of Beatlemania.* *Colin was only 10 years old in 57 when John met Paul and the nexr day let him in his band. And Colin was only 16 when Julian was born and still in high school during the height of Beatlemania.* *And in your theory then did they switch out Julian Lennon, Zak and Lee and Jason Starkey every time they switched out a double? As no mother in their right mind are going to leave their children with a stranger. Julian was like 3 in 66. Even he might notice his new dad. Julian as a baby looks just he does now. And sings exactly like early and later John Lennon. Julian's early 80s hits "Vallotte" and "Too Late For Goodbyes" are eerie examples.*

I thought Nils Loggren played way too long on that one song. Roy should have gotten more in hhere. I know Roy wasn’t the kind to take over, but Lofgren wasn’t who it was about. I like Nils a lot and he has grown into a great artist, but I kept wanting to get back to the master. I was sorry they didn’t play his entire Magnim Opus (The Messiah Will Come Again)

If you stop watching after 10 minutes, it may seem the ideas are intangible. But you would be a fool to think if Sir Yehudi Menuhin were himself to stop there. All of his ideas reach into the smallest details of violin playing, but of course you wouldn't know that because you only watched a few minutes.

Yes Jeff Beck was the best. Only one person, I have heard has been able to explain what Jeff does on his guitar, and he goes through it in detail at Ronnie Scots Club long after this recording here. Jeff goes into higher keys than anyone else; he uses the amp and goes to places no one dare to go with the amp, and he takes risks when he plays, but is so able that he makes one gasp! He gets sounds that no one else can play and goes higher and deeper, so it is like balancing on a knife edge!...So he creates notes that are higher and lower than anyone else. This description is not here but in the future. Yes he was very futuristic. He created nots that others did not dare create....too risky. Cynthia Allen-McLaglen

Hell's bells, I remember watching this on the TV at the time! I'd already seen Jeff a few times, so was amazed when the BeeB made this programme. Ah, the good old days before wimmin took over the BBC and did away with all the US Western series we used to have and replaced them with cooking, pottery, and shit.
